In a typical pole fit session you'll be building on general fitness, improving muscle tone and flexibility. Many polefitty's will agree that it also boosts self-esteem, and increases confidence.
A typical hour pole class will include:-
- 15 minute warm up
- 10 minutes building on strength e.g climbing the pole etc.
- 15 minute dancing around the pole e.g. learning new spins etc.
- 10 minutes spent on inverts e.g. going upside down etc.
- 10 minute cool down
(Just my 'guesstimate' from what I've been able to keep track of!)
I go to an amazing pole fit class in Longton, Stoke on Trent
The instructors know their stuff, are so friendly and help you achieve what you want in each session.
