About Pole Fit?

Pole fit is all about dancing and excersize with the use of a pole. Burning calories just like going to a  usual gym session; but in a fun environment! 

In a typical pole fit session you'll be building on general fitness, improving muscle tone and flexibility. Many polefitty's will agree that it also boosts self-esteem, and increases confidence.

A typical hour pole class will include:-
  • 15 minute warm up
  • 10 minutes building on strength e.g climbing the pole etc.
  • 15 minute dancing around the pole e.g. learning new spins etc.
  • 10 minutes spent on inverts e.g. going upside down etc.
  • 10 minute cool down
